I am a recently licensed Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) that has been involved in birth work for almost 20 years. I have attended over 100 births, and I am passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care to each and every family I work with, as well as increasing access to care that supports autonomy in the childbearing year.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery from Mercy in Action College of Midwifery and I am a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). I maintain licenses in both Oregon and California. I also have a Bachelor's of Science in Education and have completed training with Breech Without Borders. Our birth team stays current in neonatal resuscitation (NRP).
I offer a full range of midwifery services including lactation support and home birth services for people in Curry and Del Norte counties. I work closely with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for my clients. I bill private insurance and Oregon Health Plan in addition to caring for self-pay clients. I offer a discount for clients on Medi-Cal and flexible payment plans.
